Over the weekend, Colour U Cosmetics made their official debut at the Marriott Marquis Hotel Spa in Atlanta, Georgia. Friday, November 17th was the private press event and the following day was an opportunity for the public to view products as well as meet the new celebrity ambassador.
Through these panel sessions, media influencers were treated with chocolate champagne while they view the product and discuss the partnership between the Marriott and Colour U Cosmetics. During the panel, the makeup was shown on many models with different skin tones to showcase the range in the cosmetic line.
The director of the Marriott Marquis Hotel Spa, Mikel Thompson, hosted the event with Colour U’s Director, Askia Innis and CEO/Founder Karen Stallings. In the new year, Colour U Cosmetic has made it their goal to go global with the launch of their new line of makeup called, “DRAGMATIC.” Colour U’s new glam ambassador is celebrity philanthropist, Genise Shelton of BRAVO TV’s Married to Medicine. Through this experience, Shelton hopes to spread the message that, “being beautiful from the inside out” and Colour U’s product line falls in line for her charity for young girls.
