Take a look at a different approach. Artist Sara Shakeel is here to change the way we look at our ‘flaws’.
Just recently, Shakeel took it to Instagram to showcase her body as her own canvas. She’s taking stretch marks and turning them into vessels of glitter. You have to see it to believe me.
Stretch marks are something many of us can relate to. In Shakeel’s photo series she creates a collage in hopes of letting others know they shouldn’t feel anything less than empowered.
Through this series, the dentist turned artist has received an amazing response. Showcasing your imperfections is something most women wouldn’t even dare to consider. Imagine turning it into something beautiful so you can gain your own confidence.
