Nowadays, you can nearly buy beauty products anywhere – Instagram, websites, all that.
For me, I personally love that beauty retailer, Sephora became the first to endorse the 15% Percent Pledge – comitting 15% of their brand assortment to Black-owned companies. This makes it easier to shop and it makes me feel great knowing that I’m supporting Black-owned companies across the globe.
Today, Sephora has over 20 Black-owned brands and I know it’s only a matter of time before they completely takeover. This holiday season, do us, yourself, and these Black-owned beauty brands a favor by simply supporting greatness.
